Ingredients
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Step 1
If you don’t have peeled almonds, just heat some water and leave the almonds soak for a few minutes then you can easily peel them.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a blender for one or two minutes and READY! If you prefer the cheese for spread just add less milk.
