Almond cheese

The perfect substitute for cheese! These recipe is super easy, quick and delicious. You can use it in pasta, lasagna and even pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

If you don’t have peeled almonds, just heat some water and leave the almonds soak for a few minutes then you can easily peel them.

Put all the ingredients in a blender for one or two minutes  and READY! If you prefer the cheese for spread just add less milk.
