Basic sandwich bread

Basic, easy, cheap, cheap, super cheap!




  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable , sunflower , coconut, olive, soy, whatever you want)
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable protein Isolate (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

If you have a bread-machine, just pour the ingredients and follow your bread-machine’s directions. If your machine has quick bread mode, select it because it only needs to rise once.

If you don’t have a bread-machine, you can mix all your wet ingredients first and then add the dry ingredients.

Step 3



 If you don’t have bread-machine just place the batter in an oven pan and place it in a warm place for 40 min.Then bake it for 40 to 50 min at 350 F (180 C) or until it is golden.

Step 3


Once done, take it off the pan and place it on a cooling rack for 20 min. Your bread is ready to be served.
