Cinnamon-apple cake

Ingredients

Mixture 1

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup cooked peas (the dry ones)
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mixture 2

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Put the mixture 1 ingredients  in the blender.

Pour mixture 1 from the blender into a baking dish. Then, mix the ingredients from the second list (brown sugar, applesauce, cinnamon and nutmeg) and pour them in the middle of the first mixture.
