Crepes

Here is a basic recipe for crepes.

 Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 soymilk
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all the ingredients in a blender or with a mixer. If the dough is too thick add a little bit more milk.

Step 2

With a little bit of oil, just for the first one, add the batter swirling the pan. Once is cooked on one side, turn it.
