Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- tomato sauce to taste
- almond cheese (or mozzarella cheese if you want) to taste
- Sliced tomatoes to taste
- other vegetables you like (mushrooms, olives , onions, peppers)
- salt and pepper to taste
Mass
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Mix well the ingredients of the dough and let the dough rest in a warm place, free of dust, for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough in half and flatten each one separately with a roller; add the oregano and olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C ) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from oven and spread the tomato sauce, add the cheese and other vegetables, salt and pepper. Again baked at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
