Gluten free pizza

Of course we need pizza!



  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • tomato sauce to taste
  • almond cheese (or mozzarella cheese if you want) to taste
  • Sliced ​​tomatoes to taste
  • other vegetables you like (mushrooms, olives , onions, peppers)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil


Step 1


Mix well the ingredients of the dough and let the dough rest in a warm place, free of dust, for about 40 minutes.

Divide the dough in half and flatten each one separately with a roller; add the oregano and olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C ) for 5 minutes.
