Oats chia chai

Over night oats are ready in the morning for breakfast! how about that? Or you can prepare it in the morning and you’ll have the desert ready for diner or lunch. Ha!



  • 1 cup oatmeal (sin gluten)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cardamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or brown sugar
  • Fruits and Nuts to taste


Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the nuts and fruit. Leave them in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Then, poured into containers with fruit and nuts.
